Meet Our Team

Dr. Peggy Hart, O.D. is the owner of Memorial Vision since 2004. She is Board Certified in optometry as well as licensed to practice as an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. She also teaches part time with the University of Houston with the 4th year optometry students in the clinical setting.

Dr. Hart graduated from Eastern New Mexico University with a Bachelor of Science in chemistry. She received her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Houston, College of Optometry. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and has been awarded the Diplomate in Primary Care by the Academy. She maintains membership with the American Optometric Association and the Texas Optometric Association as well as the American Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control.

In addition to her professional activities, Dr. Hart is a member of United States Master’s Swim Team, loves yoga, gardening, cooking and hiking with her family.
